Those were at PMC Specialties Group, Formerly Sherwin Williams, I worked there from 1996 to 2006 till they closed, This track was used to bring in PA and TDA cars, I was only 6 in 1975, but these old alcos were fun to watch as a kid, Thanks for the pic.,
