Although it looks like a Duluth, Missabe & Iron Range unit, SD38-2 210 is actually a B&LE unit. In 1980, the B&LE traded two SD38-2s to US Steel partners DM&IR and EJ&E as part of a project to compare maintenance practices. 210 was eventually painted into B&LE orange and black but retained its number.
